This is what I wish for you in the new year.

A new year is a blank page waiting to be filled. I start mine fueled by the energy and love of family and the memories we built together during my ten days in Salvador, my hometown in Brazil.

Today is mine to chart.

This is my new year’s gift for you, a picture I took of the last sunset of 2022. Nature put on a show for me, painting the sky in streaks of orange and using the sand and water as mirror. Seeing it reminded me that beauty is everywhere I look. I just have to open myself up to it.

May you always be open to seeing and embracing the beauty that surrounds you.
